Pulse Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Pulse’s website, booking platform, studio services, classes, retail offerings, and related services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing services, or attending classes at Pulse, you agree to these Terms and, where applicable, our Membership Terms & Conditions, Studio Policies, Privacy Policy, and Waiver & Release of Liability.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parent or legal guardian consent if permitted by Pulse, and you agree to provide accurate account information.
2. Studio Services
Pulse offers Lagree fitness classes, memberships, packages, retail merchandise, and related wellness services, all subject to availability and change.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account.
4. Bookings
Class reservations are managed through Pulse’s online booking platform and are subject to availability, confirmation, and applicable Studio Policies. Pulse may modify instructors, class formats, schedules, or equipment at any time.
5. Memberships, Class Packages, and Studio Policies
Memberships, class packages, introductory offers, cancellations, waitlists, no-shows, late arrivals, freezes, and other purchase-specific terms are governed by the Membership Terms & Conditions and Studio Policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize Pulse and its payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account for the purchase and any applicable taxes or fees.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated by Pulse, purchases are non-refundable. Membership-specific refund, expiration, and cancellation terms are addressed in the Membership Terms & Conditions.
8. Health and Safety
Participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks. You are responsible for confirming you are physically able to participate and for stopping immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or other concerning symptoms.
9. Waiver Requirement
All participants must complete Pulse’s Waiver & Release of Liability before participating in any class.
10. Studio Rules
You agree to follow all posted Studio Policies and instructor directions. Pulse may refuse service or remove any participant for disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or policy-violating behavior.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pulse website, including logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, text, class names, and other materials, is owned by Pulse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
12. User Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant Pulse permission to use that content for lawful marketing and business purposes and represent that you have the right to share it.
13. Text Messages and Email Communications
1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Pulse ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include [class reminders, order updates, account alerts, promotional offers, customer support follow-ups, etc.]. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message Frequency
You may receive up to 10 messages per week. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4. How to Opt Out and Get Help
You can unsubscribe the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. You can also contact our support team directly at info@pulsefitnessde.com.
5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

14. Photo and Video Release
Pulse may capture photos or videos in the studio for lawful promotional, educational, marketing, or business purposes. If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, notify a staff member or contact Pulse in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental background footage.
15. Participation by Minors
Participants under 18 may attend only if permitted by Pulse and with all required parent or legal guardian consent and waivers.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may integrate with third-party providers. Their collection and use of personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the provider’s own terms and policies.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website, classes, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of services, or negligent or wrongful conduct.
20. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms
Pulse may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Pulse Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
These Membership Terms govern memberships, class packages, introductory offers, drop-in classes, recurring billing, expiration, cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, freezes, and other purchase-specific policies at Pulse. By purchasing a membership, package, or class, you agree to these Membership Terms and the documents referenced in the Terms of Service.
1. Membership Eligibility
Memberships and class packages are intended for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or assigned unless expressly permitted by Pulse.
2. Membership Options
Pulse may offer memberships, class packages, introductory offers, drop-ins, gift cards, and promotions. Current options and pricing are available on our website and may change.
3. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, memberships automatically renew each billing cycle using the payment method on file.
You authorize Pulse to automatically charge all applicable membership fees, taxes, and authorized charges until your membership is canceled in accordance with these Membership Terms.
4. Billing
Membership dues are billed in advance. If payment is declined, Pulse may retry the payment method, suspend booking privileges, and require payment of outstanding amounts.
5. Introductory Offers
Introductory offers are available to first-time local clients only unless otherwise specified and may be canceled or adjusted if misused.
6. Class Reservations
Classes are reserved through Pulse’s booking platform on a first-come, first-served basis and remain subject to Studio Policies and instructor directions.
7. Waitlists and Cancellation Policy
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If added, you are responsible for attending or canceling under the standard cancellation policy.
Reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours before class. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals after the grace period may result in loss of class credit, fees, or booking restrictions based on membership type.
8. Membership Changes
Membership changes generally take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle unless Pulse approves otherwise.
9. Membership Freeze
Pulse may permit temporary membership freezes for qualifying circumstances, subject to advance request, approval, published limits, and applicable pricing rules.
10. Cancellation of Membership
Members may cancel recurring memberships by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next scheduled billing date. Late requests may result in one additional billing cycle.
11. Class Package Expiration
Class packages and promotional offers expire according to the terms disclosed at purchase, and unused classes are forfeited upon expiration unless required by law or extended by Pulse.
12. Studio Etiquette
Members and guests must follow Studio Policies, posted rules, and instructor directions. Unsafe, disruptive, abusive, harassing, or policy-violating conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership or booking privileges without refund.
13. Instructor and Schedule Changes
Pulse may substitute instructors, modify class formats, change schedules, relocate equipment, or cancel classes, with reasonable notice when practical.
14. Assumption of Risk
Participation involves physical exertion and inherent risks. Members acknowledge these risks, participate voluntarily, and must complete Pulse’s Waiver & Release of Liability before class.
Pulse Studio Policies
A quick guide to help every member and guest enjoy a safe, welcoming, and smooth studio experience.
Before Your First Class

New clients should arrive 15 minutes early; returning clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early.

All participants must have a signed Waiver & Release of Liability on file before class.

If you are pregnant, recently postpartum, recovering from injury, or have medical concerns, consult your healthcare provider and notify your instructor before class.
Booking, Waitlists & Attendance

Reserve classes in advance; walk-ins are welcome only when space is available.

Waitlists move automatically, and standard cancellation rules apply if you are added.

Studio doors open about 15 minutes before class; arrivals more than 5 minutes after class begins may not be admitted.
Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Cancel at least 12 hours before class.

Late cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals may result in a fee, loss of class credit, or booking restriction.

Grip socks are required for every class and are available for purchase at the studio.
Cell Phones & Smart Devices
Please silence devices, take calls outside, and avoid recording during class without prior approval.
Studio Etiquette
Please treat staff and members with respect, follow instructor cues, keep conversations considerate, wipe down equipment if requested, return borrowed items, and avoid strong scents.
Health & Wellness
Please stay home if you have symptoms of contagious illness or have been advised not to exercise.
Belongings, Children, Food & Drinks
Store personal belongings in designated areas. Children may not be left unattended, and only registered participants may enter the workout area unless staff authorizes otherwise. Water is encouraged; food, gum, and alcohol are not permitted in the workout studio.
Retail Purchases
Retail items may be exchanged or returned only under Pulse’s retail policy and any stated condition or proof-of-purchase requirements.
Photography & Social Media
Pulse may capture photos or videos for marketing. If you prefer not to appear, notify staff before class and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.
Respectful Community
Pulse is committed to an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive language, threatening behavior, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate removal or termination of membership without refund.
Studio Policies May Change
Studio Policies may be updated periodically. The most current version will be available on our website or booking platform.
