Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact fitness method that combines strength training, cardio, endurance, balance, and flexibility into one effective, full-body workout. Classes are performed on the Evo Pro and are designed to build lean muscle and improve overall fitness while being gentle on the joints.
The Evo Pro is the newest evolution of the Megaformer and the gold standard in Lagree fitness. Using spring-based resistance and slow, controlled movements, the machine challenges your muscles in a completely unique way and allows for a highly effective, low-impact workout.
No. While Lagree shares some principles with Pilates, it is a distinct fitness method that places a greater emphasis on muscular endurance, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning. Expect to sweat, shake, and challenge your entire body.
Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Our instructors provide modifications and guidance to help you feel comfortable and confident from your very first class.
Expect a challenging, full-body workout unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Don’t worry if it feels new—everyone starts somewhere, and our instructors are there to support you every step of the way!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class so we can introduce you to the Evo Pro, explain the class format, and answer any questions.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes for both safety and hygiene. If you forget yours or don’t have a pair yet, don’t worry – we have socks available for purchase at the studio!

Most classes are approximately 50 minutes and are designed to maximize results in an efficient amount of time.
For best results, we recommend taking class 2-4 times per week, depending on your fitness goals and experience level.
Yes. Lagree is designed to be easy on the joints while remaining highly effective. The method focuses on slow, controlled movements that challenge your muscles without the pounding associated with many traditional workouts.
Please consult with your physician before participating in any fitness program. We encourage you to inform your instructor of any injuries, limitations, or pregnancy prior to class so we can help guide you appropriately.
Classes can be reserved directly through our booking platform online or in our app. Simply create an account, purchase a class package or membership, and reserve your spot on the schedule.
Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before the start of class without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of a class credit.
Yes! If a class is full, simply join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class and notified through our booking platform.
Yes, memberships automatically renew each billing cycle unless otherwise specified. Membership details and policies are available at the time of purchase.

Yes. Pulse offers convenient on-site parking for all studio guests. Parking is available directly at the shopping center, with easy access to the studio entrance. We recommend arriving a few minutes early during peak class times to allow for easy parking and a smooth check-in experience.
Yes, parking is free for all Pulse members and guests.
